Tastefully furnished and decorated mainly in soothing cream and beige tones the villa has a feeling of calm and order.
The open plan ground floor features a TV (local channels) with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 6 and 3 stools are provided at the breakfast bar for less formal dining. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and its own private balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom both of which share the full family bathroom.
All three bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available. Pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. Outside the private 10 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. A shaded terrace area is equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the shade, whilst having the pool in full view. A barbecue allows you to enjoy summer dining al fresco. A private gated driveway leads to a shady parking spot. Location - Paphos, Coral BayCoral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within 500 metres of the villa with the centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry being approximately 1.5 kilometres away. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay, this is the closest of the two beaches to the villa being only 400 metres away. Continue further along the coast from Corallia Bay and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools. For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops. Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within a 10 minute drive. Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities. There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 40 minutes drive.
