The open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features comfortable sofas, a working fireplace, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher with the washing machine being housed in the separate utility room. The dining table seats 8 people. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor. The first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, with the three remaining bedrooms being located on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and both sharing a balcony.
Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit (for both cooling and heating) which is included in the price. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied.
Outside the large 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A portable barbecue has been provided for al fresco dining on those warm summer nights. A private driveway leads to the villa and hedging around the perimeter ensures the property enjoys a good degree privacy.

Location - Paphos, Sea Caves AreaThe villa is located in the Sea Caves area of Paphos and lies alongside the road that connects the beach resort of Coral Bay with the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory however if it's an organised sandy beach you prefer, then the family oriented beach resort of Coral Bay is only 4 kilometres away. With a high class restaurant located next door to the property and two family run Greek tavernas within 700 metres of the villa there is a choice of dining options. Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the villa being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two. A little further along the coast is the, the popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within the Sea Caves area and only a few minutes drive away. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes away, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities. For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 45 minutes drive.
